We guarantee up to $1,000* in pet damage.

We offer a guarantee that any damages caused to the home, above normal wear and tear, resulting from the approved animal(s) that is not covered by the tenant security deposit will be reimbursed by Agent to make necessary repairs on behalf of the Owner. This excludes any Service Animals per the Fair Housing Guidelines. The Animal Protection Guarantee is limited to an amount of $1,000.00 per tenant move out.

• Pet MUST be an approved pet and on the lease. This guarantee is not available if management inherited the tenant or pet.
• We determine what is considered pet damage by industry standards. 
• All work is to be preformed by approved contractors. No outside vendors will be allowed to complete the work. 
• Unauthorized animals are not covered. 
• Animal Protection Guarantee is limited to select Management Plans.
